This policy was updated on May 21, 2007, and supercedes all previous training policies published by CopperCom Acquisition Corp.

Students
Only authenticated users of CopperCom Acquisition Corp products may register for a course. If you are a CopperCom Acquisition Corp customer and would like to be able to register, apply for a user ID and password by contacting info@coppercom.com Please provide complete contact information when requesting a user ID and password.

Registration
Registrations may only be done in advance of the class. Students can register by following the Training registration links on the CopperCom Acquisition Corp web site (www.coppercom.com). Prospective students should expect to receive an email from the registrar no later than three working days after their submission to confirm their placement, or to ask them for another preferred date if the student’s first choice is already booked.

Payment
Submit a purchase order (P.O.) for training, or a copy of the P.O. for the system that includes training a minimum of three weeks before the desired class. Submit the prospective student’s name referencing the P. O. number.

Class size
Please refer the course description for the maximum number of students per class. On special request and under the right circumstances, classes may be given at the customer’s site, and in such a case minimum and maximum class sizes will be determined by the degree to which the teaching facilities support a good learning experience.

Cancellation
CopperCom Acquisition Corp reserves the right to change course schedules or tuition, cancel courses, or modify course content when necessary. If a course is cancelled, CopperCom Acquisition Corp makes every effort to notify students a minimum of 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled starting date. Inclement weather: In southern Florida, June to December is Hurricane season. In such a weather situation, it is unlikely that CopperCom Acquisition Corp will be able to notify students 14 calendar days in advance. In this event, CopperCom Acquisition Corp assumes no responsibility for cancellation of classes due to hurricanes, but will make an effort to schedule affected students in a following class. CopperCom Acquisition Corp is not responsible for any associated travel arrangements.

Travel arrangements
All students are responsible for their own travel and living arrangements.

Participation
To get the most benefit from CopperCom Acquisition Corp courses, strict attendance is required. Please be in class at the appointed time and be ready to learn. Even if a student is absent or does not complete the course, CopperCom Acquisition Corp will still charge full rates.
