Our site uses enrollment forms for customers to sign up online with our training services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address) and demographic information (state, zip code, etc).
Contact information from the enrollment form is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer's contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor for customer service purposes.
2. Security
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Not only have we partnered with VeriSign, Inc. (a trusted third party) in creating CopperCom.com, we have also been through the rigorous ICSA (International Computer Security Association) security screening processes.
3. Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Web site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Web site is structured to attract anyone under 13.
